Santa Fe Springs Community Programs – Nonprofit Website Design

Challenge:
Santa Fe Springs Community Programs, the official nonprofit partner of the City of Santa Fe Springs CA, needed a clear, modern website to communicate its mission, showcase community events, and attract local business sponsors — all while maintaining alignment with the City’s identity and values.
Solution:
A user-friendly website that clearly explains the organization’s role, highlights programs and sponsorship opportunities, and makes it easy for businesses to engage. The site was structured to support community outreach, partnerships, and long-term growth, with clear calls to action and accessible content.
Skills:
Web design, UX, content structure, community-focused design
Working with Reena on the Santa Fe Springs Community Programs website was a great experience from start to finish. When I first saw the completed site, I was impressed by how clear, clean, and user-friendly it is. The website is easy to navigate and makes it simple for visitors to learn about our nonprofit, sponsor an event, or donate. It truly functions as an effective landing page that raises awareness about what SFS Community Programs does and the many ways the community can get involved. One of my favorite features is the sponsorship opportunities section, which presents information in a very simple, easy-to-read format with direct links for individuals to sponsor events.

Reena designed and launched the website very quickly, completing it within just two weeks. Submitting content and photos was easy, and she did an excellent job transforming them into a professional and accessible website. She was extremely responsive, open to feedback, and very accommodating with any edits or changes we needed along the way. I also appreciated the hands-on walkthrough she provided, allowing me to practice making edits while she guided me step by step.

I would highly recommend Reena to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, efficient, and supportive web designer.

Mahelia PMU Academy – Squarespace E-commerce & Online Courses

Solution:
I added an ecommerce shop and course infrastructure to her Squarespace site. Then, I trained Mahelia to manage inventory, orders, products, and course content independently.
Skills:
Web design, Squarespace e-commerce setup, course platform integration, UX, client training and off-boarding
Working with Reena Ngauv from Creative Crecendo has been an amazing experience. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly understands what she’s doing. Her recommendations were always thoughtful and spot-on.

In the past, I’ve had very disappointing experiences with web services—poor results and extremely high prices. Reena was the complete opposite. From our very first conversation, she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and that initial discussion was key to achieving the final result I had in mind.

I’m genuinely happy with her work, and if you’re looking to create or improve your website, Reena is the right person for the job. I highly recommend her!

Cultivating Hope – Education website

Challenge:
Cultivating Hope's website lacked credibility and engagement. While they had served Los Angeles and Orange County clients for a few years with great success, their customer wins were missing from their website.
Solution:
Revamped the site with case studies, testimonials, and performance metrics, leading to increased trust among school districts.
Skills:
Web design, graphic design, content strategy, UX
What I particularly liked is when Reena walked me through the site explaining her strategy to keep the potential client engaged. The design was intentional to lead potential clients to make a decision or to obtain additional information. I would not have succeeded in that area of design were it left to myself.
